After placing the order, you will promptly receive an order confirmation via e-mail. After the order has been processed in our database, the package will leave our warehouse next business days no later than 3 days.

All products have at least one year warranty. Our retailers replace, repair or exchange defective devices if the problem is not due to misuse. This warranty does not include AC adapters, which are added free of charge. Some products have a 2 or 3 year warranty, this information is on the description of the item.

It all depends of the item purchased. For example, orgone generators take less than 4 days to arrive if your address is in the United States. Each product is shipped from the distributor closest to the provided address. But in general the delivery to the United States normally takes 7 to 15 business days and to the rest of the world from 11 to 22 days aproximately. After a shipment reaches your country it might be subject to import duties and taxes. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, contact your local customs office for further information. To facilitate the customs process, we reserve the right to inform customs of the value of goods within the packages. For the same reason, customs officials are permitted to open packages. Pranachy Store has no influence over this procedure.

Of course ! if you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your order, or any part of your order for a full refund. We promise your money back if the item is received in perfect condition and original packaging. You have 7-15 days to return it and when the product arrives at the retailer, the refund will be made immediately. Each product offers a different money back guarantee, some even up to 15 days. In the product description you will find the information. Normally the buyer must bear the cost of returning the items to the seller but some products include free return, which is notified in the description of the product. When you ordered items from different retailers you must follow the return instructions for each retailer individually. We work with different distributors and brands all over the world and if you order different products in Pranachy that are from different retailers, you will receive separate packages. Each package must be returned to the distributor that shipped the product to you but detailed explanation about the refund policy going to be included in the package.
