When I read that book I was not so happy and one of the secrets is practicing exercise, then I started to ride my bike very fast in a park every day and then I felt much better.
Also practicing sports reduces stress, increases confidence, improves mental health, generates strength, and helps to sleep much better. It is very important that you start the morning without stimulation, no cellphone, Tv or internet. A good routine is perfect to connect with the goals of your day. Otherwise, external information will create a mental pattern that can distract you and make you feel tired because it consumes your energy. Each time you think you use your energy.
It is very important to avoid the media that stimulate negative feelings like anger, hatred, or fear and if you are enough wise you can observe that the media is full of rubbish information about how most of the idiot people in the world are spending their time. This is why is strategic to ignore it because they are not part of your reality, and understanding this is strategic for achieving internal peace and to be aware of the importance of maintaining your vibration high to be in a great place surrounded by peace and lovely people.
Also, some people could dry your energy with their negativity, so it is important to choose the right friends. Sometimes you feel good with some people because you think they are rational and they talk about reality as conspiracy theories that mainstream tries to hide but if those topics make you feel sad, hopeless or hatred they are stealing your energy and weaken you, be aware of that. Negative emotions create a black fog in the Spirit which low your vibe.
It is very important to maintain your Spirit huge and bright, not only for good things happen in your life but for your health as well. Otherwise, any disease will appear, and matter what reason the conventional doctor gives the patient, the root of many health problems is often an unhealthy spirit and the symptoms are the disease.
10 - Cultivate Life energy by making love
Something surprising happens when a man a woman become one in love, large amounts of Life energy are generated and gathered around the couple to give it to the baby, well we make love to conceive babies right ?
The act of procreation is a very energetic moment where is produced large amounts of life energy for the baby that could be stored in the body of the couple by avoiding the orgasm.
