It's amazing that more and more people are incorporating fasting into their lifestyle due to its incredible health and anti-aging benefits. However, it’s crucial to do it properly; otherwise, it can cause serious damage to the body, leading to undesirable outcomes :(


It's hard to believe, but most foods consumed have low nutrient content, and some foods and beverages can even deplete essential nutrients. So, for those eating anything just to curb hunger, fasting could potentially be harmful. For them, I designed the following text, as a health coach, which main strategy to reverse aging is fasting and strategic nutrition.


By incorporating fasting into the lifestyle is possible to accelerate any fitness goal, reverse aging, have a very robust health, a beautiful body, extend your healthspan, increase your mental performance and sustain high energy levels and consciousness. In contrast, frequently consuming the foods, beverages and medicaments that deplete essential nutrients lead to poor health, lower mental clarity, physical unattractiveness and the state of consiouness of an animal, while humans are divine beings with an incredible potential!

But the impact of consuming the wrong products not only affects your health, your physical appearance, and promotes aging diseases (body atrophy) but also the negative effects are passed down from generation to generation. This is why, more than ever, we see children struggling with obesity and birth defects due to malnutrition and exposure to toxins, while so-called super health experts blame genetics and the lack of more vaccines.


For those interested in weight loss, it’s crucial to understand that fasting alone is not a magic solution. Obesity is primarily driven by hormonal imbalances, not simply by overeating. Before diving into a fasting routine, it’s crucial to understand the role of nutrients and how your body relies on them during periods of food deprivation.


The Essential Connection Between Nutrients and Fasting


Nutrients are the vital tools your body needs to function optimally. The cells use them to repair tissue, sustain energy levels, and maintain overall health and vitality. Furthermore, common dietary staples such as white rice, white bread, and sweet sodas can deplete your body’s nutrient reserves, leaving it vulnerable to deficiencies.

Without adequate nutrient intake, fasting can worsen deficiencies and impede the body’s natural repair and rejuvenation processes. Prioritizing nutrient-rich foods and supplements before starting a fasting regimen, you equip your body with the essential tools needed to thrive during fasting periods, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of your fasting practice.

While fasting is a highly effective method for healing and rejuvenation, it can be dangerous for those who are not adequately prepared. The body requires a steady supply of essential nutrients to maintain its health during fasting periods. A sudden cessation of eating without ensuring proper nutrient intake can result in negative consequences.


If you’ve spent your life eating whatever is convenient just to satisfy hunger, abruptly stopping your food intake can lead to serious harm and undesirable outcomes, such as deteriorating skin, weakened muscles, hair loss, and even internal damage.

Fasting is often misunderstood as simply not eating, but without proper guidance, it can lead to serious internal damage and unintended consequences. When fasting is done incorrectly, the body can suffer from starvation, leading to damage health and appearance. On the other hand, when fasting is done correctly, it promotes healthy weight loss, enhances overall health, prolongs life, and even enhances beauty.


The Dangers of Starvation and Malnutrition


Starvation is not the same as fasting. When the body is deprived of essential nutrients for extended periods, it can lead to a host of problems, including stretch marks, wrinkles, hair loss, and various diseases. These issues arise because the body starts to break down not just fat, but also muscle, organs, skin, and bones. This is why it’s crucial to follow advice from a knowledgeable fasting coach rather than simply stop eating in hopes of losing weight.


To ensure your body is well-prepared for fasting and to avoid the risks associated with nutrient deficiencies, it’s a good idea to consider using a quantum analyzer. Ending a fast correctly is as crucial as the fasting process itself. After a period of fasting, your digestive system needs to be reintroduced to food gently to avoid any discomfort or potential harm. Start by consuming small portions of easily digestible foods, such as fruits, vegetable broths, or smoothies. These foods are light on the stomach and help gradually reawaken your digestive system. Avoid heavy, processed, or sugary foods immediately after fasting, as they can cause digestive distress and counteract the benefits of your fast.


After fasting, your body may be more sensitive to food, and it's easy to overeat. Be mindful of portion sizes to avoid putting unnecessary strain on your digestive system and to maintain the benefits of fasting. Every person’s body reacts differently to fasting. Pay attention to how you feel as you break your fast. If you experience discomfort, take it as a signal to slow down and adjust your food choices accordingly.


The Importance of Electrolytes


Electrolytes are essential minerals like sodium, potassium, magnesium, and calcium that play a critical role in maintaining fluid balance, nerve function, and muscle health. During fasting, especially in longer fasts, your body can lose electrolytes through urine and sweat.


Without adequate replenishment, electrolyte imbalances can lead to symptoms like dizziness, fatigue, and muscle cramps. To maintain proper electrolyte levels, consider drinking mineral-rich fluids, such as coconut water or electrolyte-enhanced water, especially as you break your fast. You can also include foods rich in electrolytes, like avocados, leafy greens, and nuts, in your post-fast meals.


The Most Effective Fasting Technique


The most effective way to fast is by naturally avoiding food whenever possible, rather than rigidly scheduling your fasting periods. Life is unpredictable, and your body’s needs can vary from day to day. On days when you’ve had plenty of sleep, enjoy sunlight, or engage in meditation, you may find it easier to go without food. If you’re not feeling hungry, it’s best to avoid consuming anything, including candies or gum.


One critical thing to avoid during fasting is any product containing maltodextrin. This additive, often derived from GMOs, not only breaks your fast but also depletes essential nutrients and hinders your body’s absorption of supplements. If your goal is to reverse aging or lose weight, steering clear of maltodextrin is even more crucial than avoiding sugar or other additives. In my opinion, maltodextrin is one of the most harmful food additives in use today.


While supplementation can be beneficial during fasting—helping to enhance the positive effects and support your body’s needs—it's important to rigorously avoid any supplements that contain maltodextrin. Instead, opt for clean, high-quality supplements, such as plant-based vitamin B complex, curcumin, EGCG (from green tea), or Resveratrol. These I recommend to be taken during fasting to boost the benefits. They look affordable on eBay.

There is no age reversal without fasting because all strategic body functions for healing, rejuvenation, and detox are active ONLY when insulin is not released for hours into the bloodstream by the pancreas due to digestion. Additionally, the body does not burn stored fat when insulin is present in the blood stream. So, if you drink an energy drink and go to the gym, you will burn only the sugar from that drink, even if you work out for hours.


Fasting is more than just a method for weight loss; it's a powerful practice that triggers a host of physiological changes in the body, promoting healing, longevity, and overall well-being. One of the most significant benefits of fasting is the activation of autophagy, a process where your body cleans out damaged cells and regenerates new, healthier ones.
