Biohacking is a growing trend that involves making small, intentional changes to your lifestyle and diet to improve your overall well-being, performance, beauty and longevity. I have been a biohacker for more than 5 years, focused on reversing my biological age. My journey began after a conversation with a friend who mentioned that I was starting to look older. Sometimes, the way people express themselves can be like inner calls—your higher self inviting you to explore new paths. This prompted me to research people who have lived long, healthy lives. One such individual was a Chinese herbalist, whose practices intrigued me. I began studying the nutrients in herbs and using them to empower my body, and spirit.
I have been practicing meditation for more than 10 years, focusing primarily on the meditations taught in the Old Testament. The Psalms, often regarded as just poetry, are actually powerful meditations found in the books of King David, practiced by Kabbalists. During the meditations heavy energies are manipulated, which requires a lot of spiritual strenght, so it is important to have a radiant spirit by avoiding things that deplete your light.
This includes junk food, certain beverages, pollution, chemicals, and many commonly consumed products. To strengthen my body I've also used technology such as infrared light therapy, bioresonance and Chi generators. So, due to my spiritual practices and interest in reversing my biological age, I adopted a lifestyle that, just a few months ago, I discovered is followed by others known as biohacking and next I going to talk about it and my experience.
What is Biohacking in Simple Words?
Biohacking is about making small changes in your lifestyle to help you feel better, think better, perform better, achieve excellent health, and enhance your beauty. The shape and condition of our bodies are influenced by wathever we drink or eat, it influences our gene expression, in case of junk food, some beverages and even medicaments activate genes of disease and imbalance hormones, what leads to undesired outcomes including obesity, acne, cellulite, premature aging, diseases like type 2 diabetes and even hair loss.
Today, more than ever, there is a huge increase in toxic ingredients in most food products, and beverages, this is why I wrote this article. These toxins debilitate and deteriorate the organism, and reduce the human faculties that biohackers are working to increase, such as sharp memory or excellent cell performance. I see this as positive because it is pushing people to learn about what is truly best for themselves—their bodies—and what allows them to live longer in optimal health and beauty. Biohacking for me is a discipline followed by all those who want to experience so many things that they need to live much more longer.
Biohacking is a highly personalized approach to optimizing one's health and performance through self-experimentation. It recognizes that each individual's body and needs are unique. For example, while fasting for 7 days may be highly beneficial—I’ve met individuals who have fasted for over 2 weeks, including a tenant in Berlin who cured her cancer in this way—my own experience has been different. My longest fast was just 2 days due to my lean body type and fast metabolism, as I am currently working on building more muscle.

For example, for me, it is easier to go to the gym in the morning after a coffee in a fasting state than in the afternoon when my energy levels are lower. If I drink the sweet beverages available in the fitness center, even without sugar, I get really tired, and it becomes harder to work out as well. So, I avoid them and drink pure water instead.
These observations are important to help you perform at your best most of the time. The strength I have in the morning speeds up my fitness goals while enjoying my time in the gym. With low energy levels pusshing your self to the limit is harder and then less pleasurable. My biohacking journey is something that extends my state of happiness moment after moment while I am accomplishing all my goals.
Being conscious of what influences your overall performance is strategic and essential for a biohacker. The energy and strength provided by infrared light therapy can be very valuable for accomplishing more in life, while drinking alcohol can deplete energy levels and make things harder. The capabilities of a person who consumes low-nutrition and artificial foods, smokes commercial cigarettes, and drinks sweet beverages and alcohol are vastly inferior to those of someone following a biohacking lifestyle with daily meditation.
I stopped drinking alcohol with the exception of red wine. So, this journey is very personal. They ignore that GOD has created the whole Universe, and this is the only thing that exists; it's where everybody is right now and will be forever.
